Full management of the operation, including personnel, finance, local health authorities and business development.
- Founder and CEO, Bio-GAL (a start-up with a new indication of Erythropoietin against Multiple Myeloma).

Sari Prutchi Sagiv Ph.D. – Director Of Technology Transfer, Pharma And Diagnostics
Dr. Prutchi-Sagiv joined Mor Research Applications in 2007. She brings Mor over 18 years of proven management experience in business development, marketing and intellectual property fields from the bio-tech and high-tech industries in Israel, Europe and USA.
Sari has proven success in developing commercialization strategies and negotiating collaborative and licensing deals worldwide. She has led scientific, regulatory, business development, sales and marketing strategies in life science projects from seed and early stage through capital raising and partnership with top tier strategic investors. Sari has developed distribution and sales channels from the ground up to multi-million for a number of high-tech companies including Mercury Interactive were she was responsible for full management of business development, recruitment, training and sales of distributors in 12 European countries, Bynet Software System and Commerce.net, both companies from the Bynet Group. Dr. Prutchi Sagiv studied Business Administration at Tel Aviv University and holds an M.Sc. in Human Genetics and a Ph.D. in Cell Biology and Immunology from the same University.
Sari acts as a member of the Board of Directors at various Mor’s companies including Promyco Diagnostics, Bonfix and Mediscale.
Ilanit Frank Hakim – Director Of Technology Transfer, Medical Devices
Ilanit joined Mor Research Applications in 2007. She is a highly proficient executive with over 10 years of hands-on management, marketing and business experience in various fields including medical devices. She has a proven track record of identifying and evaluating successful novel medical projects and has led the business analysis, market evaluation, regulatory and intellectual property strategy from pre-seed medical device projects through capital raising and execution via partnership with top tier strategic investors for over 40 projects during the past five years. Ilanit has extensive knowledge on a wide spectrum of medical device technologies and applications , mainly in the fields of cardiology, ophthalmology and ENT. Ilanit is also in charge of the marketing activities of Mor.
Ilanit is a Director for various Mor companies including EyeYon Medical, Cardioflow, APX-Ophthalmology and GEMA. She holds a Bachelor degree in Sociology from Tel Aviv University, Israel.
